Nesha Higgins, the CEO of MelaBiz, has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, having worked in the field for about 15 years. With grant management and grant writing skills, as well as over 20 years of leadership experience, Nesha has a talent for helping others reach their goals and recognizing client’s potential. Nesha has an exceptional and deeply rooted connection with the community, having faced many hardships in life and overcome them to continue helping others.

Originally from Milwaukee, Nesha moved to Phoenix to work for another nonprofit before starting MelaBiz. After years of helping others build their businesses, Nesha decided to address a gap in the field by creating a safe place for all socially disadvantaged individuals and businesses to access the resources they need to succeed.
